To have a beautiful skin even in winter!

The icy colds as heating inside are just some of the elements that attack our skin the winter came. Here are some tips for getting through the cold season.

1. Avoid hot water

In winter, the skin therefore requires gentler and richer care. Choose products containing moisturizing ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, ceramides, glycerine and shea butter. Also limit the exfoliation to avoid scratching the skin.

3. Treat your lips and hands

Devoid of sebaceous glands, the lips are badly treated in the winter. To prevent dryness and cracking, apply an ultra moisturizing lip balm. And most importantly, do not tear the small dead skin with your teeth or your fingers, as this may injure you. Instead, remove them with a soft-bristled toothbrush that you will gently pass on your lips.

As for your hands, their barrier is altered by the numerous washes during the day as well as their exposure to the cold. Moisturize them morning and evening, but also as soon as the drought is felt. Protect them also with gloves when going out or doing chores.

4. Choose soft materials

Already heavily assaulted, your skin needs comfort. Choose natural fiber fabrics such as cotton, silk and linen. Finally, avoid scented products in the cosmetics department and laundry products.
